Juicing Recipes

Juicing your smoothie base

I juice apples to use as my smoothie base.  Juice organic apples.  I use an entire bag (about 8-10 red apples) and then pour in a glass container with the lid and keep in the fridge.  It should keep for a couple of days.

Smoothies with any apple juice base are great!  My favorite is with frozen strawberries.  You can also add Spinach and Banana to it for extra nutrients.  Delicious!

Cucumber Loving'

  • 1 Cucumber (peeled)
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 handfuls of Spinach
  • 2 Celery sticks
  • 3 small Apples
Juice and enjoy!

Daniel Juice
  • 2 Bunches Kales
  • 2 Green Apples
  • 2 Pear (or 1 large one)
  • 1 Lime
Juice!

Kale Juice
  • Bunch of Kale (preferably organic)
  • 3 apples
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 celery stalk
Juice!  The kale gets over powered by the lemon and the celery which is nice.

Broccoli Juice

  • Broccoli
  • Spinach
  • Kiwi
  • Lemon
  • Apple
  • Celery
Juice all.  This was one of the moments where I had a little of everything and juiced it all.  The kiwi was okay, I would add a little more lemon.  The broccoli is very strong.

A little bit of everything....
  • 2 Medium Red Apples
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Celery Stalk
  • 1 Large Carrot
  • 3 Handfuls of Spinach
  • Broccoli
  • 2 Handfuls of Cranberries
Juice it!  Make sure all your veggies (and fruits) are washed before juicing.  I personally peel the fruits like lemon and oranges.

The Beet Goes On

In the juicer I put:

  • 1/3 Beet (see details below)
  • 2 1/2 Apples (green & red)
  • 2 Celery stalks
  • 1 lemon (peeled)
  • 5 Handfuls of Spinach
  • 1 Carrot
Helpful hints:

BEETS:  Make sure you peel the beet otherwise it'll taste like dirt.  Also take caution when preparing because this superfood will stain your clothes, counter, everything.
CARROT:  Make sure your scrub these too to get the dirt off, then cop off the top part.

Spinach with ALL the Nutrients

In the juicer put:
  • 3 small red apples
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 lemon
Then take the juice and put it in the blender with 2-3 handfuls of Spinach.  You get 100% of the nutrients of the spinach, but still don't have to taste it because the lemon & celery from the juicer over power.  It's great!

My juicer has a little bit of foam after I juice.  But by the end of the drink it becomes like a little "whip" type texture.  I like it.

Fog Lifter

  • Handfuls of Spinach
  • 1/2 Lemon (I prefer the whole lemon; small)
  • 2 Medium Red Apples

Wrap the spinach around the apples to help juice easier. I added 1 Celery Stalk to help with flavoring.

TIPS:
Put your glass in the freezer while prepping, it'll taste better.  Always wash and scrub your juicer completely. I like doing it after it juice and before I drink it so that way I'm totally complete.

Greens & Apple Juice

  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 2-3 handfuls of Baby Spinach
  • 2 red (or green) Apples
  • 1 Lemon (peeled)
  • 2 Celery Stalks
This smells so good because of how FRESH and CLEAN it is.  Make sure your throughly wash all your products and try to by organically when you can.  The smell/taste of lemon and celery over power everything else.

Put in the juicer and enjoy!  I suggest putting your glass in the freezer while juicing and I also suggest washing your juicer immediately finishing it.
